Prices
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Goods are sold at prices and conditions in force at time of delivery. All prices quoted are subject to alteration without notice.

Payments
Terms of payment are 30 days net monthly. The company reserves the right to charge an account maintenance charge of 2% per month from the time of due payment date. All goods supplied by us remain the property of Pix Europe Ltd until full payment is made by the purchaser.

Despatch
All orders are accepted on condition that in case of extraordinary circumstances like war, upheaval, fluctuations in the exchange rate or raw materials cost, PIX Europe reserves the right to cancel the order wholly or partly. The due delivery date is conditional to delays caused by strikes, lock-outs, or other Force Majeure. Delay in delivery shall not entitle the buyer to any claim for direct or indirect losses, compensation, or withdrawal from purchase of the goods ordered.

Notifications of Claims

Return of Goods
Any goods which have been supplied in accordance with the buyer's order but are subsequently returned will only be credited provided our written agreement has been obtained. The amount credited shall be 25% less than the value at which the goods are invoiced.

Buyer's Condition
Any conditions on the buyer's official order will not be accepted in so far as they are at variance with our terms, unless we have formally accepted them in writing.

Jurisdiction
The conditions of sale shall have effect in accordance with English law.
